Uploading your expired listings to Exphired takes less than 5 minutes.

Step-by-Step Process

1. Export from MLS: Download your expired listings as a CSV file
2. Log into Exphired: Go to your dashboard
3. Click "Upload CSV": Select your file
4. Map columns: We'll auto-detect most fields, just confirm the mapping
5. Choose campaign: Select your letter sequence (2, 3, or 4 letters)
6. Review and launch: Preview your personalized letters and start the campaign

Required Fields

• Property address (street, city, state, ZIP)
• Owner name (first and last)

Optional Fields

• Owner mailing address (if different from property)
• List price, days on market, expiration date
